and when there is under 15 and 15 +? would it make a difference in your opinion.

I mean when a rider (who starts in the big group under 15) would replace a rider due to illness, injury or other mishap in the big group 15+. so it is not the same category...

I totally agree that it should not be in the same category/age group.
