This is the rule listing the minimum age groups:

7D.5.1 Minimum Age Groups: Individual

0-14, 15-UP, Expert. The decision to enter as Expert or Jr. Expert is optional, but must be stated in advance.

For Unicon and continental championships I think that we should also require Jr. Expert. It can remain optional for smaller competitions.

Yes i think we should add the junior expert. Would be too sad for the young riders when they have to start against the older.. at least at Unicon!
